Refund Policy

A customer can ask for the refund only within 12 Hours of the purchase with valid reasons only.

No Refund will be given to the customer after 12 Hours of purchase under any circumstances.

Refund Request email must be sent to within 12 hours of the purchase. You Can’t able to ask for refund, if you are completed the above 60% of  total course

Refund Process

Below process should be followed to get the refund….

  • Please send an email asking for a refund to
  • Kindly send email from the registered email address only
  • Make sure to write the word “Refund” in the Subject Line
  • The refund request email must be sent within 12 hours of the purchase, if not the refund cannot be processed
  • After sending the email, it will take 12 hours to process your refund. So please wait to get the money get credited.
  • Please do not send multiple emails, the system may spam your email address and block.
  • After your Refund is processed, you will get the confirmation in email.
  • It will take 12 hours to process & to get credit in the Source Bank Account.
  • The refund amount will only be credited in the same Bank Account / Card / Wallet from which you made the payment.
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once we receive an email and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Money Not received

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
